Overview
Alaa Mehra is a licensed Dubai real estate investor who built a personal portfolio of 15 properties by buying off-plan and selling or renting on handover. His office advises investors who want to follow the same strategy. The site is primarily in Arabic, with an English version.
The challenge
Off-plan investment depends on trust. Visitors needed proof of real results before they would leave a phone number, and the page had to work for a mainly Arabic-speaking audience in a right-to-left layout.
What we did
A long-form page that leads with Alaa's story and four documented deals, each with downloadable purchase, sale or tenancy documents. It sets out his three rules for choosing a project, with an international phone-number form repeated throughout to book a consultation.
