BELSense is the AI assistant for Beacon Energy (Pvt.) Limited. It answers questions about solar panels, inverters, batteries, net metering and government policy around the clock, and only answers Beacon Energy and renewable energy topics.
The challenge
Solar customers have the same detailed questions before and after they buy, about system size, battery backup, net metering or warranty claims, and the support team could not answer them all instantly.
What we did
A focused chat assistant restricted to the renewable energy domain, with suggested questions, product recommendations and a solar calculator, alongside live Islamabad weather and a solar generation forecast that make the advice relevant to the day.
