Buying
Is this really a one-time purchase?
Yes. You pay once and own that version forever, including free updates within the version you bought. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Where do I buy the products?
Every product is sold through our Etsy shop. Open a product here to see the full details, then use "Buy on Etsy" to purchase securely. Etsy handles payment, your receipt and the download.
How do refunds work?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refund requests are handled through Etsy's buyer protection and messaging, case by case, within a 14 days window. See the refunds page for details.

Using the apps
Do I need internet to use it?
No. Everything runs locally on your computer and works with the internet switched off. You only need a connection to download it the first time.
Which platforms are supported?
Any modern browser on Windows, macOS or Linux. Open the app from its start guide and it runs - no installer.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Your license lets you use the software on your own devices. Copy the folder wherever you need it.
Do I need an account with you?
No. There are no accounts or sign-ups on our site, and the apps never ask you to log in. You only use your existing Etsy account to complete the purchase.

Your data
Where is my data stored?
On your device only, in your browser's local database. Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else. You can back everything up to a single file.
What if I want to move computers?
Export a backup from inside the app, copy the file across, then restore it on the new machine. Your data is plain and portable by design.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Improvements to the version you purchased are free.
