Follow the start guide
Every download includes its own guided start page - unzip first, then follow it from the top. Launching a product from inside the still-zipped folder is the single most common issue.

Use a modern browser
Chrome, Edge or Firefox are all fine. If something looks unstyled or broken, the folder was probably moved without the rest of its files.

Keep everything together
Your data is tied to the browser on that machine. Export a backup before moving computers, then restore it on the other side.
