These terms govern your use of the MintMarble Labs website and your purchase of our products. By using the site you accept them.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

2. Purchases

All purchases are made through our Etsy shop. Payment is processed securely by Etsy; we never see or store your card details. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the product shown - no subscriptions.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by Etsy. After purchase, your download is available instantly in your Etsy account under “Purchases and reviews”. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Refunds

Because products are downloadable, refunds are handled within a 14 days window as described on our refunds page.

5. Intellectual property

All software, text, and designs remain the property of MintMarble Labs. Your purchase grants the license described in our license agreement, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
