This agreement is between you and MintMarble Labs (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using our software (“the Software”), you agree to these terms.
1. License grant
We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the version of the Software you purchased, on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal use.
2. What you may do
- Use the Software on multiple devices that you own or control.
- Keep and use your purchased version indefinitely - it does not expire.
- Make backups of the Software and your data for your own use.
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software.
- Do not remove or alter licensing, copyright, or attribution notices.
- Do not present the Software as your own product.
4. Updates
Free updates for the version you purchased. Major new versions may be offered as separate purchases.
5. Warranty & liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintMarble Labs is not liable for any damages arising from its use. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.
