The 14 days window
Because our products are downloadable and yours to keep, we review refund requests within 14 days of purchase. We want you happy with what you bought.
When we’ll refund
- The product doesn’t run as described and we can’t help you fix it.
- You were charged twice or in error.
- You bought the wrong product and haven’t made significant use of it.
When we may not
- The request is well outside the 14 days window.
- The product works as described and matches what was advertised.
How to request
Email support@mintmarbles.com with your order reference. We reply within 1 business day and, where a refund applies, process it to your original payment method.
